Top 10 Golf Courses In Las Vegas
August 3, 2009
Las Vegas may be known for its bright lights and big casinos, but it’s also a good place for people who don’t leave home without their golf clubs. Below, we’ve tried to list the area’s best golf courses.
1. Desert Willow Golf Course - This course is supposed to be well-manicured, reasonably priced, and what’s more, an unrushed, friendly place to play.
2. Desert Pines Golf Club - The course is also supposed to be great here, and a climate-controlled practice center with automatic ball return may add to the appeal for some folks.
3. Angel Park Golf Club - The landscaping here is beautiful enough that people sometimes have their weddings and wedding receptions on the grounds.
4. Aliante Golf Club - Visit Aliante, and you should have a reasonably challenging time on a very well-kept course.
5. Rhodes Ranch Golf Club - The play here might be a bit easier than elsewhere, but the establishment’s still supposed to be nice in every respect.
6. Las Vegas Golf Club - This is supposed to be a very good course in its own right, and truly excellent considering that it’s city-owned.
7. Painted Desert Golf Club - Although perhaps a bit crowded by surrounding houses, it’s still possible to play a great game of golf at this establishment.
8. Eagle Crest Golf Course - Although this is another course in the middle of a community, there aren’t any real complaints about it.
9. Rio Secca Golf Club - This course, while nice, is best for people who are up for a challenge - some folks consider it very tough.
10. Badlands Golf Club - Pretty views and a well-kept course again make this establishment impossible to fault; it’s just perhaps less popular than the others.
